TIP! Saint smoothie - 4 weeks before X-Mas

Tired of chocolate milk and ginger nuts? make something different! How about this delicious Sinterklaas smootie from @cookwithfleur.

Fleur has been making delicious & healthy recipes for ages. Nice to know: Fleur grew up in Portugal. She then settled in the Netherlands and currently lives in England. Ingredients
400 ml milk or almond milk
1 banana
Half an avocado
2 teaspoons speculaas spices
1 teaspoon cocoa
3 medium dates otherwise 1 tablespoon honey
Hand full of almonds

Decoration
Gingerbread cookies
almonds
Few slices of banana

And it's really very simple 🙂
Clean all ingredients and cut into pieces. Blend everything in the mixer and you're done! Decorate with a few slices of banana, pieces of gingerbread cookies and a few almonds. Great for breakfast or as a healthy snack!
