Of course you want to receive your new piece of jewelry as soon as possible. That is why I do my best to send your order within 3 working days. As soon as I have sent your order, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

Delivery is via standard letterbox post from PostNL or via the parcel delivery person from PostNL. Most orders are sent as letterbox parcel. You do not have to stay home for this. Usually mail is delivered within 1 working day. Unfortunately I cannot guarantee the moment of delivery.

Order process

  1. Your order will be carefully packed and shipped as soon as possible ( within 3 working days ) in a letterbox package or bubble envelope.
  2. If a product is out of stock, you will be notified as soon as possible (maximum 3 working days).
  3. The shipping of the jewelry is a maximum of 3 working days. This is because I make all the jewelry myself and for some jewelry the glue has to harden for 24 hours. If you need a piece of jewelry sooner, that is possible. Let me know via the comments, then your order will be brought forward if possible.
  4. Have you chosen to track your order with track & trace code? You will receive a message when we send the order. In this message you will also find your track & trace code. If you have created an account, you can also find your track & trace link there with your order. Didn't receive anything? Returns

Arrange your return in a few steps:

  1. Mail to info@jewelswithflair.nl and report your return. You are not required to give a reason, but I would love to hear feedback!
  2. Print it return form out and add to the package.
  3. Please return the jewelry in the same packaging as the earrings were sent to you. Please note! Are you returning a necklace or bracelet? Make sure it is neatly attached to the foam so that the jewelry does not get tangled. Necklaces that arrive tangled cannot unfortunately be returned.
  4. You can return your items to: JWF, Stuwwal 46, 1822EE in Alkmaar.
  5. The order amount due will within 14 days after registration of your return will be refunded provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

* The costs of a return are for the customer.

* Custom made jewelry cannot be returned.

NB!

During holidays, the post office is very busy. Returning jewelry is at your own risk. Usually this goes well. However, I advise you to hand in packages at the business post and not to put them in a letterbox. Also keep in mind that your return will be processed a little slower than normal because it takes a little longer for it to arrive here.

Reflection period/return

It may happen that you want to return an order. Perhaps because you do not like the product or perhaps there is another reason why you would not want the order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. However, I am curious about the reason, so that I can optimize my offer as best as possible.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are at your own expense. Consult the website of your carrier for the exact rates. If you use your right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in the original condition and packaging will be returned to Jewels with Flair. To use this right, you can contact us via info@jewelswithflair.nl. The order amount due will be refunded within 14 days after registration of your return, provided that the product has already been returned in good order.

If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than necessary to view the product, we can pass on this reduction in value of the product to you. So treat the product with care and make sure that it is well packaged when returning. If you return earrings; these may not have been worn due to hygiene.
