1. Can I return jewelery if it turns out not to be what I expected?
You may return the jewelry without giving any reason. Indicate this by e-mail and make sure that the earrings are returned to Jewels with Flair within 2 weeks. You will then receive your money back into your account within 5 working days. The jewelry must not have been worn. If the order is returned in full, Jewels with Flair will also reimburse the shipping costs. If part of the order is returned, the shipping costs will not be reimbursed (if track & trace or shipping to Belgium has been chosen).
2. What is the quality of the jewelry?
At Jewels with Flair you will only find jewelry made in sterling silver and gold plated sterling silver. The gold-plated version has a beautiful high-quality plating of 18 to 24 carat gold that lasts a very long time.
All jewelry is nickel free and hypoallergenic.
3. Is all jewelry made Fairtrade?
All jewelry is made in the studio of the designer, Erlinde Kramer. This jewelry is made in the Netherlands Fairtrade by the designer herself and her employees.
Unfortunately, it is not yet possible to buy the stones as used by Jewels with Flair fair trade. However, Jewels with Flair is investigating where stones are made under the best conditions in order to then be able to purchase the stones directly from the supplier.
Currently, most stones are purchased from Dutch shops and wholesalers.
4. What does Jewels with Flair do for the environment?
Recycling is done as much as possible; for example boxes, bubble wrap and styrofoam. In addition, packaging materials are purchased as much as possible, taking into account the FSC quality mark.
Loose pieces of silver are saved and eventually processed into new designs.
5. How are the jewelry packaged?
Sterling silver jewelry and gold on silver jewelry go in a jewelry box.
6. Can I also have jewelery designed?
Yes you can. Mail to info@jewelswithflair.nl for the possibilities.
8. Can I also give a piece of jewelry as a gift and can the recipient also exchange the piece of jewelry?
Yes, that's possible. Enter the address of the recipient at the shipping address and your own address and e-mail address at the billing address. It is also possible to leave a gift message during the ordering process. A card with handwritten text is added to your jewellery, which is always packaged as a gift.
9. Can I add a message to my order if it concerns a gift?
Yes you can. Mention your text in 'order notes'. A card with handwritten text will be added to your order.
10. Can I also buy gift vouchers?
Of course.
11. Is there a physical store?
Jewels with Flair jewelry is available at a number of sales addresses. You can find them here .
12. Do I have a guarantee on the jewellery?
You have 6 months warranty on the jewelry. This concerns jewelry that has broken and needs to be repaired. The guarantee does not cover silver-plated or gold-plated jewelry whose layer has worn out, because this depends on the acidity of your skin and Jewels with Flair has no influence on that.
13. What is the delivery time?
Most jewelry is unique & handmade by Erlinde Kramer. Your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days. Need your order urgently? Mention this in 'order notes' and your order will be brought forward.
14. How do I know that the payment is secure?
The webshop is secured via an SSL connection. This means that the data flow between the webshop and the visitor is well protected and cannot be read by third parties.
15. Can I also pay afterwards?
Yes, you can do that via Klarna. You can then view the jewelry first and then pay via Klarna.
16. What are the shipping costs?
For shipping within the Netherlands we do not charge shipping costs for orders over 50.00. Shipping costs for orders outside the Netherlands can be found here .
Optional: especially during the holidays, it is wise to have your order sent via track and trace or sent by registered mail.
17. Is the webshop affiliated with a quality mark for webshops?
Yes. The shop is affiliated with Webwinkelkeur. In addition, the site is checked every 2 years for the GDPR by Bergman Legal Advice.
