Jewels with Flair cares a lot about your privacy. We therefore only process data that we need for (improving) our services and carefully handle the information we have collected about you and your use of our services. We never make your data available to third parties for commercial purposes.

Web forms

Our client data is stored in the CRM of our webshop software and then used for administrative purposes only.
We use VIP's servers for e-mail services. All e-mail traffic is confidential and not transparent to the processor.

Shopify: Shopify takes care of the maintenance and hosting of our website. The personal data processed on our behalf is not used for Shopify purposes. However, this party can collect metadata about the use of the services. This is not personal data. Shopify has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the loss and unauthorized use of your personal data. Shopify is bound by the confidentiality agreement.
Shopify Payments : Shopify Payments is the payment service of the webshop platform that we use. Shopify Payments uses the services and links of Stripe Europe. Your information will be shared by Shopify with Stripe to the extent necessary to process your payments. The privacy policy of Shopify and Stripe Europe applies, the transaction takes place outside the processing sphere of Jewels with Flair, we only have metadata related to the payments.
PostNL (MyParcel): If you place an order with us, it is our job to have your package delivered to you. We use the services of PostNL to carry out the deliveries. It is therefore necessary that we share your name, address and residence details with PostNL. PostNL uses this information only for the purpose of executing the agreement. In the event that PostNL engages subcontractors, PostNL will also make your data available to these parties.
Quick Start: We use the services of the Snelstart online accounting package to keep track of our administration and accounting. Klarna: Klarna offers options for paying in installments or in arrears for our products. The use of Klarna is subject to their terms. We do not exchange personal data with Klarna, we only refer to their website. You enter your details there yourself so that an agreement can be concluded between you and Klarna. Klarna then informs us that you have successfully paid with Klarna so that we can complete your order. We register your payment via Klarna in our administration.
Insurance Huys Financial Services: Our accounting is managed by Assurantie Huys, your customer data, which may appear in the invoices that are managed by Assurantie Huys, are subject to a confidentiality statement and are therefore not shared with third parties.
Webshop Approval: We collect reviews via the WebwinkelKeur platform. If you leave a review via WebwinkelKeur, you are obliged to provide a name and e-mail address. WebwinkelKeur shares this information with us so that we can link the review to your order. WebwinkelKeur also publishes your name on its own website. In some cases, WebwinkelKeur may contact you to provide an explanation of your review.
