Burnt? These natural remedies help perfectly!

Do you also enjoy the nice weather? I have really taken advantage of the lovely weather these past few days and have been outside a lot. Although I always apply sunscreen, my shoulders have turned a little red. Do you have that too? You don't have to immediately grab the after sun, there are also a number of natural remedies that can help you get rid of your sunburn :)

> Sunburn actually means that your skin has absorbed too much heat. Cooling is therefore the motto! A wet towel, ice cubes in a tea towel or a lukewarm shower, all First Aid for Sunburn.
> When the worst of the burn is gone, you'll want to treat your skin with something relieving. No aftersun in the closet? No worries!
Do you have parsley, dill or turmeric at home? It helps if you rub your skin with these herbs (pulverized).
> Oils, such as coconut oil, argan oil, lavender oil, but also olive oil have an anti-aging effect. Always good!
> I always have arnica ointment in the cupboard. This not only works well for sunburn, but also for nasty falls of your child. Abrasions heal a lot faster!

Of course, prevention is always better than cure! So always apply good sunscreen and seek shade during the hottest moments of the day.

Enjoy the summer!
