With these beautiful days, don't you prefer to wear cool colors? You will definitely stay cool with these earrings in clear blue ;).
But now without any craziness, this always helps me:
1. Go to the beach. Lie close to the sea with a parasol. Take a dip every now and then and stay relaxed on your beach chair 🙂
2. Wear light and thin clothing; this feels much less warm.
3. Have an ice cream from time to time
4. Drink lots of water
5. Get an air conditioner
6. Take extra days off
7. Don't worry too much!
Of course there are many more useful tips, but these are my favorites!
